Darcy Stann is Director of Regulatory Affairs for Canada Safeway Limited. Darcy has an undergraduate degree in Pharmacy from the University of Saskatchewan and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Calgary. He has spent the last 15 years working to facilitate the development of unique service offerings in Safeway Pharmacies. Darcy is recognized as industry leader in Western Canada for using innovative practice designs to further business development and professional services. Since 2004 he has been actively involved in lobbying and negotiating with provincial and federal governments on pharmacy related re-imbursement and service issues. Currently Darcy in actively involved in negotiating changes to the pharmacy remuneration systems with 3 provincial governments and the Federal Health partnership.
