2012 PAS AWARDS

               Call for Nominations

The Pharmacists' Association of Saskatchewan is pleased to accept nominations for awards to deserving individuals who have made significant contributions to the practice of Pharmacy in Saskatchewan. The 2012 Awards will be presented at the 11th Annual PAS Conference to be held at the Sheraton Cavalier Hotel in Saskatoon from April 27- April 29, 2012.

PAS/GSK Pharmacist of the Year

The PAS/GSK Pharmacist of the Year award is presented in recognition of a pharmacist (or pharmacists) who perform an outstanding single or long term service, as to bring credit and prestige to the profession of pharmacy.  Pharmacist of the Year Terms of Reference and Nomination Form 

Pfizer Consumer Healthcare Bowl of Hygeia

The Pfizer Consumer Healthcare Bowl of Hygeia award is presented annually to a pharmacist in each province in Canada and each of the United States to recognize outstanding service to the community. Bowl of Hygeia Terms of Reference and Nomination Form

PAS Award of Merit

The Pharmacists' Association of Saskatchewan (PAS) Award of Merit recognizes pharmacists, individuals or organizations, who through their active participation have promoted the profession of pharmacy in Saskatchewan.  Award of Merit Terms of Reference and Nomination Form

PAS New Horizon Award

The PAS New Horizon Award will provide a new pharmacist an opportunity to attend the Pharmacists' Association of Saskatchewan (PAS) annual conference. The objective of the PAS New Horizon Award is to introduce the award recipient to his/her colleagues and to encourage an interest in PAS Board activities. The PAS New Horizon Award recipient will be mentored by a PAS Board or Committee member at the conference. New Horizon Terms of Reference and Nomination Form

Takeda Magnum Opus Award

Sponsored by Takeda Canada, and presented in partnership with The Pharmacy Group, Rogers Publishing (publisher of Pharmacy Practice and Drugstore Canada). Specifically recognizes pharmacists who have completed advanced training or education and have successfully expanded their practice as a result. Magnum Opus Terms of Reference and Nomination Link
