Florinef Shortage Update

Fri, Jul 05, 2019

Dear SK Pharmacy Professionals,

Please find attached an updated version of the  fludrocortisone  shortage document that was distributed June 28. The major changes involve NIHB billing procedures and therapeutic alternatives to better represent what is seen in practice. Please replace the previous version with this document.

Regarding inventory, McKesson Regina received a shipment of some  fludrocortisone  (Florinef) earlier this week and Paladin has released more, which should arrive Monday, July 8.

Sincerely,

medSask
