2018-2019 Seasonal Influenza Immunization Program Participation

The registration list will be used for two purposes:

1. To arrange for Ministry distribution of vaccine through two Saskatchewan pharmacy wholesalers to pharmacies participating in the Program.

2. To share information on participating pharmacies with stakeholders (e.g., Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA), Pharmacy Association of Saskatchewan (PAS) and Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP)) to help ensure public awareness of the availability of immunization injections at pharmacies
