The PAS membership renewal is for the 2018-2019 year. Members can log in, renew their membership and liability insurance. For new PAS members or those purchasing liability insurance, pick the appropriate membership form, liability insurance, fill it out and email info@skpharmacists or fax in the forms: 306-352-6770. For members who are renewing, you will receive an email with your renewal information.
Technicians are only able to buy liability insurance from PAS at this time.

PAS 2018-2019 Renewal Process
- 2018-2019 PAS membership renewal deadline is June 8, 2018.
- A renewal notification email is sent to all members (to the email address indicated on your PAS profile) from firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Renewal email contains a link to the renewal page where you will be asked to update your profile.
- If you can’t remember your password, please email email@example.com.
- Once you have updated your profile, completed your renewal and made payment online your receipt is available on your PAS profile page.
- If you select Pay by Cheque or Employer is Paying, an invoice is available on your PAS profile page and can be printed or downloaded for your use.
Name Change and Malpractice Insurance
If you have changed your name PAS requires legal documentation (eg. Marriage Certificate or Divorce Decree) to legally change your malpractice insurance policy. Please fax (306 352-6770) or email copies of this documentation.

Please complete the appropriate membership application form (below) and the Malpractice Insurance Application form (if applicable to the type of membership) and either fax 306.352.6770 or email PAS. If you have any more questions do not hesitate to contact the PAS Office at 306 359-7277.
Note: Malpractice Insurance must be in place prior to acquiring licensure for the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists (SCPP).
Full-Joint Pharmacist Membership
For a Full/Joint Membership is for those who want to be a full PAS member or a Joint PAS/CSHP member. For new full-joint members, the membership and malpractice insurance forms must be filled out and sent it.
New Pharmacy Graduates
Please see instructions above for applying for a new PAS Membership. As a new grad, you can start your malpractice insurance any time after June 7, 2018, at no extra cost for the month of June. When filling out the Malpractice Insurance form please cross out the July 1, 2018 date and put the date you would like your insurance to start (after June 7). Leave the end date of July 1, 2019, as is.
New Members From Out-of-Province/International Graduates
As a new member coming from another province or country, you can apply for membership at any time and your insurance may be pro-rated depending on what month you join. When filling out the Malpractice Insurance form please cross out the July 1, 2018 date and put the date you would like your insurance to start. Leave the end date of July 1, 2019, as is.
Affiliate Membership applies to a pharmacist who has an interest in the profession and affairs of PAS (Industry, Government) but is not currently practicing in Saskatchewan and/or does not require malpractice insurance.
Auxiliary Membership applies to a non-pharmacist who has an interest in the profession and affairs of PAS (Industry, Government, etc.)

Retired Membership applies to a pharmacist who has permanently ceased to practice pharmacy.

Student membership applies to 1st to 4th-year pharmacy students. The student membership year runs from October 1st to September 30th which coincides with the academic school year. However, you can also complete the form below and send it to the PAS office via email or fax.
