PAS 2019-2020 Renewal Process

  • 2019-2020  PAS membership renewal deadline is  Friday, June 7th, 2019. 
  • A renewal notification email is sent to all members (to the email address indicated on your PAS profile).
  • Renewal email contains a link to the renewal page where you will be asked to update your profile.
  • If you can’t remember your password, please email.
  • Once you have updated your profile, completed your renewal and make the payment online.
  • Your receipt is available on your PAS profile page.
  • If you select Pay by Cheque or Employer is Paying, print off the invoice available on your PAS profile page and include with your cheque.

Name Change and Malpractice Insurance

If you have changed your name PAS requires legal documentation (eg. Marriage Certificate or Divorce Decree) to legally change your malpractice insurance policy. Please fax (306 352-6770) or email    copies of this documentation.
